Kara Leach, M.A., CCC– SLP is the owner, and lead speech-language pathologist of Kids Communicate.
Current member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Idaho Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ISHA).
Trained as an oral placement therapy specialist through TalkTools and is a Level III therapist.
Kara’s training also includes:
- Kaufman (Apraxia)
- Visualizing & Verbalizing (APD, Language, Literacy)
- Hannen (It takes 2 to talk)
- SOS (feeding)
- Auditory– Verbal Training (Hearing loss)
- Lidcombe (stuttering)
Kara is passionate about her work in speech-language pathology, with over fifteen years of experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a variety of settings with the pediatric population.
Offering up- to date, newly researched therapy approaches, while customizing programs to meet the individual needs of her patients – Kara takes great pleasure in aiding her patients to achieve their speech and language goals!
